"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The laundry service was unfortunate; they provided me the incorrect laundry box (a male guests intimate items) and mine (intimate items) was given to someone else. After I informed reception of this, they immediately sent someone to my room and within 30 minutes, I had my items. So, quick assistance that was resolved. "
