"What a wonderful stay at The Breakers! Not only is it beautiful and super clean, every single staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Carina. She helped me change my reservation prior to arriving at the resort. She just so happened to be working at the check-in desk when we arrived and she remembered speaking to me over the phone earlier in the week. "I don’t believe that they should charge you for self parking! You either decide to valet park and pay the fee or have the choice of parking your car yourself for free. The renovations are beautiful to the hotel! My room is huge! The pool area was left very dirty though. I saw two pair of underwear laying out by the pool, water bottles, empty drink cups Food on the ground, dirty sandals, etc. "
