“非常棒的住宿体验，从酒店前台到行李生，服务很周到。房间很舒适而且风景很好，特别是head concierge，忘记叫什么名字了，向他咨询游船信息，他帮我提供了非常准确有用的信息，并且说：世界上有那么多国家，感谢你来土耳其。非常让人感动。如果说美中不足可以吗话，应该就是窗帘和早餐的咖啡了，窗帘不够遮光，早上太阳出来，房间很亮，睡不了懒觉。早餐的咖啡太清淡。”

“The location is very bad because there are a construction in front of the hotel, and the street to the hotel was blocked at night so we need to drive a long way to another street. The bedding is uncomfortable at all... the hotel is very old.. ”

“優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。 櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少 缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。”

“The location of hotel is quite convenient and wonderful. several scenic spots are just steps away. But I am wondering whether it is the good location that makes staff at the front desk serving with poker face, as if I owed her a lot of money. Even though this lady is pretty beautiful, I believe she could make customers more comfortable with smile!! In addition, I was assigned a hotel room at 8th floor. But with buffet restaurant located at 9th floor, I was so disturbed by the clinking sounds……

“Great looking hotel with a comfortable living space. Very easy walk (1min) to central tourist area. Felt very safe with hotel security at all entrances. Cons: hallway periodically had a funky odor, bar area is not really a bar. Room was hot A/C could not always keep up. I would stay again. ”

“Oddly, a lot of people who have just had surgery recuperate at this hotel, which is weird for a hotel. You will see a lot of people who have just been operated as guests, which is not ideal when you are visiting Istanbul. Other than that, the hotel is nice and clean overall. I do think it is far awak from main areas such as Karakoy, Bebek, Galata, it is not within walkable distance, as other reviews said. ”
