"Our room was modern with a lovely bathroom, large and comfortable bed, and large windows that allowed the fresh air and sunlight come in. The staff are particularly warm, professional, and deliver excellent service. The hotel is on a small cobble stone street, about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sites, and there are several cafes nearby. The welcome beverage and cold towel service was a very nice touch! The restaurant is a disappointment, which is very unfortunate. It lacks personality....

Overall, the staff was great apart from few areas that requires some improvement - we requested for our infants milk bottles to be cleaned but they were returned after being cleaned twice on two separate occasions with milk stains & foul smell.
