“When I took a shower, I found out that there was no shampoo, no shower water for the conditioner, I called four times, waited an hour for it to be delivered, and was very angry”

“This is a great place to stay, next time we decide to visit Key West we will fly. This property has shuttle service to and from the airport, they also have shuttle services to the main attraction area, you do not need a vehicle visiting Key West. The beach is directly across the street from the resort " there are not many beach resorts in Key West this one is perfect, The pool area is nice with two tiki bars available, the restaurant has a nice selection of food and it was very good. Hope this……

“Convenient as hek! Located on the restaurant and bar street in all of Florida..Duval St in Key West! Woohoo. The hotel is in transformation. Construction and dinning so they have some kinks to work out for sure. But I still enjoyed my stay. It’s safe for a single traveler as well. ”

“We adored this property! It was large enough to have the luxuries we wanted (pool options, bar, etc.) but small/intimate enough that we didn't feel crowded or overwhelmed by people. The staff we kind and very attentive. The facility was clean and well maintained. The location was PERFECT for walking to dinner or get coffee. We generally prefer the less touristy/commercialized areas when we vacation and this spot perfectly aligned with that preference. We booked a balcony room but after……
