"Purchased Infinite package. Loved the private beach area and the room (11th flr) was outstanding. Housekeeping, can’t say enough how much time she spent cleaning. Easy to get dinner resv when booked in the Infinte Club Lounge. The extra benefits of Infinite were not only noticed but enforced by staff. Felt very safe on property. Beach menu was extensive in food and beverage. Had one food safety concern. Set up a BBQ with chicken and Steak outside the ceviche stand. Cook would put raw chicken...

"Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun! "

"So we were celebrating our honeymoon so it was beautiful view and friendly workers. Gave us activitys. that was exciting and amazing good deal to. The ride from airport to get to hotel wasn't good at all. The rental fell through so we waited a hour to find a way to hotel . Out plan ride home was upsetting but they did reassign us which was reassuring. Do to us never travel out of the state I was upset crying ready to see my kids."

"This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped...

"The overall experience was great. One real negative is that the Hilton Cancun had no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For a big hotel chain not having this service we were quite dissatisfied. As a result, it cost us $98US from the airport to the hotel which is only a 15 min drive...this is ridiculous and was not a very good start to our vacation after arriving. "

"We had a great time there. The restaurants would take Care of the room temperature. I tried the mexican, asian and steak restaurants. I think that asian would be better. The attendants are always on a hurry and it seems that service aren't the same standard as the other ones."

"The overall stay was very enjoyable. Resort was beautiful and clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing we felt could have been better was the temperature of the pool water. It was too warm and even though we understand it was due to the hot weather, we wondered if cold water could have been filtered into the plunge pool at least to make it a bit cooler. The water temperature was almost as warm as the weather so didn’t provide a refreshing experience we had hoped...

"I like their shows every night. But what I didn’t like about that resort was how they changed our room from 2 beds to 1 king bed and the room wasn’t ocean view. They wasted our time to move to different room after we complained. That wasn’t convenient. "
