"Our stay was very welcoming and easy to get into the centre of Prague. We did find the facilities dated and does need to be more modern. The bathroom had a broken tap and hairdryer and the pool was dated. It was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. Aircon at night wasn’t great but overal good location and cheap stay. "

"Excellent location in the Old Town very close to Charles Bridge and the Vltava River with easy access to Old Town, Lesser Town, the Jewish Quarter and New Town. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet served each morning was delicious and probably the most important for us - the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to be as helpful and informative for our first trip to Prague. We loved our stay here and will keep this place in mind for a trip in the future. "

The room wasn’t ready on time, which was frustrating, especially as other guests were constantly arriving and being assigned their rooms. An apology would have been nice, but it wasn’t the end of the world, we went to eat in the restaurant in the meantime.
