“Property was clean and pleasant. Thoughtful welcome note and treats for people and pups. Bathrooms included plenty of towels, soap/bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Icemaker for refrigerator was broken with note stating such. A/C stopped working the second day (Saturday), either it was programmed that way or a malfunction. Call to management went unreturned after leaving voice message on Sunday. Second call to management company was answered……

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived we could not find the unit and realized that RedAwning had left off the unit # out of the address details. We knew the building, but with so many units we had no idea which on was ours. I reached out to our intown contact Brandy and she was very helpful in helping unravel small piece of information and get us into our place. After that short conversation - it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and had everything we needed for our entire……

“The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she……
