“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Had a lovely stay, staff on desk and in bar were lovely, couldn't fault them. Room was good, issue with the shower but staff acted really well over it same with cot missing for granddaughter, was sorted within minutes. Would definitely stay again and recommend. ”

“房間窗口對住大型垃圾運輸站，一開窗臭氣熏天，要求換房間，安排了我們由309換成306的，但306一樣正對著垃圾運輸站，酒店說沒有其他房間了，很不滿意的一次住宿”

“Great for a one night stay, close to Purple Parking for the airport. The double bed was not very big but was comfortable. The room looked neat and tidy but the cleaning left a bit to be desired especially the mirrors, which must have been wiped with a very dirty cloth. The bathroom was good with a nice shower cubicle. The room had tea/coffee, iron and ironing board and a safe. The great location of the hotel means that we would visit again in the future.”

“We have stayed here before and will return. Restaurant & bar are good, staff are great, and our daughter loves the grounds & facilities. Sure the building is looking a little tired but everything else outweighs that, for us. ”
