“Resort is nice, staff and service was great. Restaurant was very good, great breakfasts. Tasty drinks at poolside bar. Maya beach is a 15-20 min drive down to Placencia village so you need a car or can rent a golf cart to get around. Overall, everything was great, happy with our stay.”

“The location within Placencia Village is perfect. The resort is on a beautiful beach and our ocean front room had a great view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The security guard made us feel very comfortable. ”

“The property generally had a cool atmosphere. I was there to attend a conference and my cabin had no closet space, hangers and iron. I was supplied with iron and hangers on request but had to find a way of hanging my clothes. I found that very off-putting. ”

Everyone from the time we booked our stay to our last day in Belize made us feel welcome and a part of their family. The food and drinks were delicious and abundant. The Conch and Lobster dishes were so good!! Our Couples Spa Day was FABULOUS!! Our special Valentines Day Dinner was to die for! “Arrived after dark and it was impossible to locate. Next day found property off the boardwalk. Only sign was a 6x12 in sign on a post. Only found it by waljing the boardwak twice. See picture. No parking even remotely close. Long narrow wooden walkway through sand. Impossible for elderly or handicap to navigate with bags. No check in area. No personnel on property. Found out that I was supposed to be emailed with a lockbox code to obtain a room key. Did not get that email. Did get email……
