“We were there for 10 days as part of our honeymoon. The staff was incredible. With all the dining options, we started each morning with Marlen every day for Coffee at the Cupcake Cafe. Fresh fruit and cupcakes, cookies and donuts, etc.... Breakfast at Don Diego was always amazing. buffet had TONS of options. Arturo was the best and legit felt like he was sad to see us leave :) We ended every night with coffee and a treat with Abel at the Cupcake Cafe.... too many treats! Antonio( Tony) at……

“Had a great stay with my husband and our 2 kids (18 months and 3 years old) The pool area was great with kids and the service was amazing! David the waiter at the pool was fantastic and kept the food and drinks coming! The food was amazing! All the fish was super fresh! Loved waking up to ocean views and fresh air! Loved this resort and can’t wait to come back! I would definitely recommend it to families with small children! ”

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……

“We came to visit for my birthday. Amazing experience! Food was amazing at every meal and did not disappoint. Access to all amenities was fairly easy and weather was good for mid May. You will need the doorman services to order taxi as Uber is not allowed unless they are dropping off. Overall, would visit again with or without children!”
