“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

“I have stayed at this location several times. This trip I was disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat was set to 60 degrees, you would think it would be chilly, but it was never cool in the room. I had to request a fan in order to sleep comfortably. Not sure if the entire resort was the same, but many peers I traveled with said their rooms were not cool either. At times it did feel like the common areas were not very cool either. Otherwise, I do love to visit this……

“We had a lovely time. We booked a 2 bedroom and it was enormous! Other reviews described the space as dark and dated. That wasn’t our experience. Space was clean and lovely. Beds were great. The pool could have been. Touch cleaner but wasn’t terrible. The slide was closed both days we were there. There was one staff doing poolside service and she was busy. Very nice and helpful though. Food was expensive for the quality- but that’s how poolside food typically is. Staff were very kind and……
