"We love the property, the room and the amenities. The service was incredible, the only thing missing is a proper restaurant. The bar at the top has great food, but we had 2 kids with us. We still had a great time and food, but a proper restaurant would have been nice. "

"Love this hotel. We stayed here for the Giants game. It's a great location, just a short walk to the ballpark. I didn't like the idea of a $30 destination charge, but didn't realize you get all that back and then some in the form of food and entertainment credits. Will definitely be back! "

"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "Its pretty much dead center of the City life in SF. We walked back from the club after a day if bar hopping through the City. Bathrooms are really clean so thats a good sign in my opinion. "

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The restaurant had a somewhat limited menu but all of the food we tried, both for breakfast and lunch, was good. One minor complaint, the rooms are a little small."

"Very contemporary and fun hotel, beautiful lobby with lots to see and take in. Hotel room was very nice, excellent bedding and comfy bed, nice linens and an Illy coffee maker. Only negative - a $39 “resort fee” that I missed in the fine print when booking. Pays for $10 of mini bar offerings - but there’s no mini bar lol - WiFi, time at pool table, etc. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel. "

"The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming. Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help. Other than that we love staying there. "
