They both spoke no other language than English (poorly in the case of the kitchen staff) but were generally pleasant and accomodating. Poor selection of breakfast food. They offered some variation of traditional english breakfast but with no cumberland sausage, black pudding or bacon (no meat). The room and halllways cleanliness was very good and they swapped towels every day (even when you felt it was not...
