"Hi, I actually selected this hotel without knowing anything about it - the only thing I knew that it was relatively close (less than an hour drive) to Roma's Fiumicino Airport. Once we got there is was a nice surprise - we had a small suite for five people which was very comfortable and had and amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we received two bottles with mineral water, chocolates and a few cookies. The owner was very nice and very helpful. I really recommend you visit...

"Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. "If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns.
