“The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The hotel itself is gorgeous with lots of amenities. I loved that they had a sports bar that was open 24/7. The food was delicious and I loved that there were so many options to eat. We will definitely be back. ”

“Amazing roof top views! The pool is small but mighty because of the entire view of the city. The Air conditioner was so crisp lol i know that’s a strange review but when you have been in the hot humid sun all day the crispness of the AC hits differently to sleep. The location is amazing and like a five minute drive to the gayborhood of PVR. Will a hundred percent be staying here again in the future! ”

La gran mayoría del personal es amable y con buena actitud hacia los huéspedes, obvio siempre hay un par de personas que son groseras, pero en general casi todos son amables. La comida del restaurante “Fish House” es estraordinaria. Felicitaciones especiales a Javier, Osvaldo, Ignacio, David y la Sra. de housekeeping por su increíble atención a los huéspedes.
