“I have no complaints about this property. It was beautiful, clean and the staff were amazing. Anything we asked them for they made it happen. Everyone was polite, inviting and respectful. Anytime I go to San Pedro this is where I am staying! Room was large, cozy and comfortable. View was phenomenal! Love this property! ”

I’ve also been to Belize almost 10 times and absolutely LOVE it for so many different reasons, it would take too long to review here. Watermark has been recently renovated. Here’s why my review will be different from others: I know what kind of travelers my husband and I are. If you are looking for a 5-star, Starbucks in the lobby with marble floors kind of stay, don’t stay in Ambergris Caye - at all. This……

“The staff was great and Toast was an amazing place to eat and it was attached to pool area. The pool was always clean and blue. Guevara Tours is right next door to take you to hol chan and shark ray alley. Incredible all around experience!! Will definately stay again!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Xanadu Island resort. The hotel is hidden in a lush setting. The bedrooms are comfortable although they are not as roomy as they look on the pictures. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are golf carts for rent and bikes are complimentary, as well as kayaks. The pool is very pleasant and quiet. The only downside is the company used by the hotel for snorkeling, Lil'Alfonso. The guide is rude, arrogant and obnoxious. He makes you feel……
