"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."

It’s over price the room is so small and to get a room With view of the canal I had to pay cash $50 more that I thought was weird. Breakfast was good. "

"The stay was fine. The problem was with booking. I needed to change an arrival date. The Alcyone handled that not Hotels.com and I don't know why. I had five reservations at this hotel. The Alcyone cancelled two of them without my knowledge or approval. When I found out I had to rebook at a new much more expensive rate and one of my room types was sold out so I had to book a triple room that I didn't need. What a racket! Now because the Alcyone took over those two reservations, Hotels.com...
