"The location of the hotel was very convent. It was very close to local food restaurant, sightseeing, and it was very easy to leave and travel back after sightseeing in Washington."

"The hotel is highly recommended; I had a very spacious room on the top floor, a true suite. All the services are wonderful. You get a ticket for a complimentary drink at the bar, the restaurant has a pleasant menu, and breakfast is varied with options like eggs prepared in different ways on the spot. The reception staff is wonderful, especially the lady who speaks Spanish. The area is very residential and quiet. I am very happy and grateful."

"Unfortunately there's an active train track constantly going by so that's extremely noisy. No breakfast. $50 security charge per room needed to be paid before you get your key to your room. Room smelled like cigarettes 🤒 which was horrible for NON smokers! Sign in the parking lot of property stating they are not responsible for an theft which occurs."

"The frontdesk service as well as the waiter are all friendly which give you a really good mood. The room is cozy but everything’s prepared and it’s comfortable for solo trip. Although the sound-proof in my room is not that good. When your neighbors are opening their doors you can hear that, and also the sound of the air conditioner."

"Location is great. The pool and the play area are great for kids. Kids 12 and under eat for free. The restaurant for diner is rather expensive and the quality doesn’t really match the price."

"The Hyatt National Harbor was welll appointed, comfortable and clean. Their staff was friendly and very helpful when I accidentally left my phone in our room when we checked out. I am very grateful that they allowed me to go look for it and retrieve it. Our only concern was that the elevator card security was challenging if you didn’t have too hands available. "
