"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."

"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! "We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice! It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!"

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! "Not sure if there was confusion with my booking but my room for the first night was disappointing. However, I was able to get into another cottage the following morning for the rest of my stay, which was much nicer, especially the bathroom. My booking included free breakfasts so that was nice. I opted with the American breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, and toast. Overall, a quiet and chill place with easy access to dive shops and the nightlife. "
