"This was a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Very clean, updated, with nice kitchen and bathroom. Secure building with someone on staff 24/7, that were friendly and helpful. The location is right outside a major highway, but with the windows closed it was soundproof. We had A/C unit in bedroom. It was easy to walk into Condesa neighborhood by walking over the overpass 1/2 block away. Lots of wonderful restaurants and 2 major parks near by. We would highly recommend for the price, location...

"Great area, very kind staff. The rain shower was a nice touch and the air conditioner worked very well. I'd absolutely stay here again. The internet signal can be quite poor on the top floor so I'd encourage the owners to install a signal booster or something. You can sometimes make due with the free city wide wifi from the street. "

We stayed for 3 nights and the location could not have been more convenient with myriad restaurants nearby (Merkava was AMAZING for a break from tacos) and Parque Mexico 1 block away to explore and people watch. Our main issue is that the water heater only lasted a couple of minutes when showering. Also, would have liked to have an antenna on TV to be able to watch local channels. No AC but AC is usually not needed because of good weather year round."

"The place was rustic, very comfortable, in a quite zone, esay to find and to acces since there is not an actual hotel, the owner introduce herself to us and was very polite and courteous, the only thing that i did not like, was on the very last night there was people in the hostel, i dont know if they were guest or not but after midnight they were kind of loud and we had to be up by 3 am to catch a plane, other than that we will definatelly considering staying again in our next trip"
