"This location was perfect for my plans. It is right on the Riverwalk, hence the name!! They had a DJ everyday from about 11-5 and the music was jamming. The trolley is just a couple blocks up. It was beautiful and a great time. The one thing that could be better is the food service. My food came back cold on more than one occasion and it took forever to come out. Service was basically island time and the servers didnt have a sense of urgency. Overall though all was wonderful and I would...

"Loved the location and the view . Friendly staff , room was clean , bed was comfortable . Plenty of towels . Rooms could be upgraded but overall comfortable stay and very satisfied . "

"Great hotel with a great location. Only two things I wish it had are a bar and free parking (which is the same for most all Downtown Tampa hotels, unfortunately). Be sure to add in that additional $40 for parking. So close to being a perfect property."

"This property is walkable to everything or a scooter ride away. It’s right across the street from the Amelie Area we went for a concert and the fact the hotel was walkable distance from the hotel was a BIG win for us! The hotel itself was outdated and the rooms were ok and you can see its rundown. Overall, we’re happy we stayed and will stay here again. One thing to note it’s valet only."

"I was looking at 3 different hotels and chose this one but then upon checking in I learned there was a charge for parking where the other hotels did not. I looked back at my reservations details and that's when I noticed the wording "Parking Available" which I now know means more than likely is not free. Now with the additional cost of the Parking this hotel was now the more expensive of the 3 hotels I considered. All we did was sleep here for two nights seeing as we were at Busch Gardens all...

"Rooms are starting to get worn out already. Stayed here many times and the cleanliness and maintenance of the room has gone down a lot since the fall. Lots of scum in the shower, floors left with crumbs and hair all over the place. Definitely does not seem like it’s being kept up with like it was last year. "
