“This location was great. Very clean. Staff were kind and helpful. My daughter left her toothbrush and they gave us a complimentary one. It’s pet friendly and didn’t smell weird. Would definitely stay again.”

“The staff was friendly and efficient. The only downer was the breakfast. There were no napkins so we were using paper towels. There was very little fruit, just some rather old bananas. It just wasnt as good as we have had before at this location or other Hilton properties. ”

“When we arrived to check-in around 6 pm, there was no one at the front desk to help us. We waited about 15 minutes, until an employee finally emerged from the elevator. I know this is probably due to short-staffing; however, there should be an attendant at the front desk at all times (especially after 3 pm for check-in). “We absolutely loved our stay at Rockwood Manor. When traveling, we look for out of the ordinary places to stay, places with character, history, beauty... This wonderful place has it all. Our room was spacious, clean, charming, and had a beautiful view. Our bathroom was just around the corner in the hall, but was just ours so it really wasn't a problem.
