"Immediately as I saw the room, I had to leave due to the condition. The lights did not work. The TV did not work. There were holes in the walls and the floor. The bathroom was atrocious, with holes in the walls and bathtub.The door looked like it had been kicked in and the safety look on the inside of the door was removed. I tried to call your office several times yesterday and I was constantly sent to voicemail. "

"The code given to get into the room did not work and the second code took 6 tries. There was no lock box with key as stated. There were pest repellents throughout the space which was not reassuring. The sign over the toilet said no toilet papaer in the toilet otherwise it may clog and we would be charged. There was trash on the balcony we had to walk by.
