"This is basically a good & safe hotel. However, the things I did not like was distance from parking to hotel room (handicapped) and having to walk through a smoked-filled casino to get to the elevators/rooms. The area around the casino/hotel also seemed to be a bit run-down and seedy"

"Considering that this hotel is adjacent to the airport makes it great for getting off a plane and possibly checking in to take a quick rest. The light rail is close by and for a cheap price you can easily hop on and ride it North to Downtown Seattle, given that it is open to the public makes it easy for the less fortunate to join the ride for free. Always make sure of your surroundings when using the light rail. The hotel has a great dining experience, and don't be fooled by the breakfast...

"Restaurant service was relatively slow. There are two elevator banks so it's confusing to get to the parking garage. Air freshener hits you in the face. "

"Great place to stay. I was there for 1 night to get on a cruise ship. Very convenient place. Offering free shuttle to and from airport and nearby restuarants and attractions. Shuttle is available to cruise ship for a small fee."

"They were able to accommodate checking us in slightly earlier. Customer service was great! Only thing was, our bathroom door practically didn’t close. Everything else was great."

"I did not like that in the king 1 bdrm suite there is no separation between sofabed/kitchen area and king bed. 2 people traveling together needs privacy. No opportunity for changing clothes, snoring without disturbing other person and having personal phone calls. A sliding door or actual wall with a door is a much better option that openess. I am/was disappointed about the parking fee of $16.00 charge when there is ample parking available. "
