"Coco Reef is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach. They have renovated most of their rooms. The front desk staff was not the best. Very friendly but did not follow through after saying they would take care of something. The cleaning staff was fabulous and very helpful. Grocery store down the street was convenient. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!"
