“Beautiful hotel. Perfect location for travelers heading or hanging out up north. Charlevoix is wonderful! Beach town vibes, great shops and food. Boats to watch. Michigan at its best!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Resort. Everything was to our liking. If I had to suggest something, it would be lake access for guest from the shuttle. We wanted to see the lake but only found private places to view from. And also there wasnt any local shopping. Overall it is a very nice getaway. We loved it. ”

“Upon arrival, and AFTER check-in, we were informed that that the ski facilities and onsite restaurant would be closed during our stay. Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available.”

“The Garden room had very comfortable bed and pillows, and nice towels, a TV and small Fridge. View of river, with deck was nice. The building is old...older than it looks in pictures. Some of the furnishing in room looked pretty garage sale like. Room is small. Toilet is small and low. 2 sinks were nice, and standup shower, no bath. One thing that bothered me is that there was no sheet to protect touch from quilt. ”
