We were saddened with the fact that there was no jacuzzi by the pool. We were also disappointed to see no hand soap in the room, and after a call to the front desk, their shipment of hand soap didn’t arrive on time either. We had to make our own accommodation for that. "This is a nice hotel and the location was convenient for what we needed. No free breakfast and the breakfast that could be purchased was very expensive. The hotel is very close to a busy freeway, our room faced the freeway and the noise from cars was somewhat loud."

"The room, staff, cleanliness, were exceptional as was the abundant continental breakfast. An issue for me was the restaurant not open for my entire stay and no conditioner in the shower. Minor points? I suppose so. However, with travel so expensive nowadays, choises are made particularly on what is advertised. One "off" minor thing can be a deal breaker for some teavelers."
