"I would definitely stay here again but the major con is the difficulty finding anyone at the front desk. Also socks get dirty walking on floors so cleaning is not as effective as ideal. Had a smoke alarm go off at 4:15am one day but staff did not communicate cause. Some residents thought it was from illegal cooking but who knows. Smoke smell in room lasted until the next morning."

"This property is older but pretty well maintained. The elevator needs updating, breakfast was just ok. Pool was out of service and we were never notified until we got there. We were fine with it because we had so much to do that we werent planning on using it. But if we had planned on using it, i wouldnt have been happy nit knowing. "

"The staff were extremely friendly! We only stayed one night but the whole experience was great. Only about 15 mins from the Tampa airport. "

"For the price, this hotel was ok for the weekend to see our son. One bad thing is there's only one elevator. So housekeeping has to use it too. This can make it slow at times. Our room was comfortable, but the halls, elevator, and breakfast area were warm! And it wasn't even that hot when we were there. I hate to think what it's like later in the summer. The hot tub wouldn't turn on. There was a sign in our room that housekeeping comes every 3rd day. luckily we were only there two...

"Even though it was a non smoking room I could still smell cigarettes Also we got there after 4 which was check in and the workers were trimming trees and it was VRRY loud Thus rally should of been done between 11 and 4 Overall the place was clean and the staff fantastic "
