"Didn’t like that there was no fridge or microwaves in the rooms"

"The room I stayed in was a “pet friendly “ room.it smelled like wet dog. Although the property was nice my room needed a better clean to remove the smell."

"The stay was fine. Just not enough for me to be loyal. Next time I’ll probably try a different hotel. Small things like musty smell when I entered room. Room service very late first day and not done. Next day didn’t refill toilet paper or Kleenex so we ran out of both by the next morning. Exercise room AC out and so too hot in there. Wasn’t a bad experience just nothing memorable or that made me want to go back. I also hate it when hotels don’t recycle. "

"Didn't like the noisy people above us. Even at midnight they were walking around in their shoes and dropping things. Finally I was tired I just fell asleep even with the noise."

"I stayed in this property couple times and I really like it. The location is great since it's very close to 24th & 25th streets with many dining and shopping options. The property is in great condition, the lobby, kitchen, room, gym and swimming pool The staff is also friendly and helpful. "

"Located right next to a freeway. However, that wasn’t the problem. They gave us a room which adjoined another room with a steel door. They came in late waking us up. We could hear their entire conversations, every cough they made in the night, every time they went into the bathroom, etc. it was terrible. Hotel staff should warn guests if they’re given an adjoining room that they won’t get any sleep. Never again for us!"
