"It needs updating and the bathroom seemed a bit worn, grout needed updating. The bathroom and hotel just worn down and in need of updating. Carpeting old and worn, because of the major need for updating the hotel appeared dingy. Front desk staff very kind and helpful as was the hotel shuttle driver. Would have been a nice touch if the coffee would have been prepared for the 4:00 am shuttle passengers. "

"This is a Motel 6, so I wasn't too surprised that the furnishings were fairly basic. While the hot water didn't work the first two nights, this problem apparently came up right before the holiday weekend when getting repairs are difficult, so I won't rate them down for the issue. The motel seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, though there was noise from adjoining units and from outside. "We enjoyed our stay. Most convenient for anything "Tacoma Dome." Location for such is AMAZING! Staff was very courteous, pleasant, helpful, and very nice. Names to mention: "Day", "Adina", "Andrea." Welcoming bunch of friendly staff. Understanding and very helpful as well. "Day" was most pleasurable to greet us, friendly with a very "we'll fix it attitude" that I most appreciated. I enjoyed our stay here more than any of the hotels we have stayed in for the past 5 years."
