It is very reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."

"Bed and towels were clean, fresh and smelled good. I believe both bathtubs could of been cleaned better. Fortunately, I always bring my stuff to clean the baths when I go to a hotel due to an unpleasant experience somewhere else in the past. But overall, it was alright. I went there because I rented a room there for my father 2 years ago and he told me it was a good place. BE CAREFUL!!! THEY DON’T TELL YOU AND IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, BUT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! "Our stay at Comfort Suites was delightful. On the initial day, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which made the temperature uncomfortably high. However, upon notifying the staff, they promptly relocated us to another room that not only had a functional AC but also boasted a balcony. "It's a personal preference. There is nothing wrong with the property itself.its just right off a busy road. If you miss it you have to double back. My GPS was a godsend. Like I mentioned the property itself is great just pay attention so you don't miss it if you are new to the area like we were. "
