“So a few days ago my GF and I stayed in this hotel. Well, I had noticed my phone charger was missing. We stayed last night again. This morning when we were checking out the cleaning guy stopped me and handed me my charger. Cause my GF and I stay here regularly he waited till he saw me again and gave me back my charger. I thought this was absolutely above and beyond. Thank you to the whole super 8 staff! We've never had a bad experience all the times we've stayed. I wouldn't book anywhere else in……

“This hotel has a policy of not checking in visitors who live within a 60 radius. A family who came to Kingsport for a graduation, was turned away. This should be mentioned on their website. ”

“Stay was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was they ran out of hot food at breakfast. Half my family got a good breakfast before we checked out and the other half didn’t because we got down there an hour later (but still within breakfast hours). But very nice stay overall. Would recommend and come back. ”

“They have an outdoor pool that is quite nice, and the beds are comfortable. The tvs dont have labeled guides so its hard to tell what you are going to end up with and the internet isnt alot of help. Floors have ripped carpet and elevator floor is damaged”
