"They had only been open 3 weeks. Things need to be adjusted here and there. The window blinds don't close completely and too much light comes in the room making sleeping difficult. I had a full moon shining on my head for several nights. The young man who manages things is inexperienced but friendly and helpful. They have installed a generator in case of power outages."

"This property is as advertised. Quiet, beach access, and everyone there is super friendly. My trip was for work so it served the purposes with wifi, cold AC and a kitchenette. The staff at the bar was super friendly and check in was very easy. "

"Clean, a bit small, nice shower... good for longer stays as Price is reasonable. 5-8 Minutes away from Paradise Island. Not within walking distance of restaurants a bit out of the way but suited us for our purposes. Recommend for couples. Google maps doesn't work for it's Street Address, but "Dawson's Hideaway" does come up & take you there."

I emailed the owners to arrange transport as stated on the website. After days of hearing nothing they replied saying "it can be arranged" - and other than this there were no further emails. I emailed multiple times and even called but there was no further contact off the owners. On arrival into Nassau there was no one there for a pick up - to be honest...
