"Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and elegant. Perfect location for our activities in and around Manitou Springs & Garden of the Gods. Pool & hot tub were a bonus! No restaurant, breakfast offerings were meager, bed was a bit harder than I care for, and the AC -- while functional, every time it kicked on made a LOUD "KAAAAA-CHUNK" noise which woke me thru out the night."

"It was unfortunate that our experience was less than perfect because the people on the floor above us were making so much noise, it woke us in the middle of the night. In fact, I felt the bed shake on a couple of occasions. I had to call down to the front desk and ask them to look into it. However, I can't blame the hotel for this activity. They have no way of knowing beforehand when people will act like animals."

"I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in...
