“very hospitable staff”

“Independent motel, somewhat dated but clean with updated bathroom. Gentleman who assisted me was lovely. Short visit to Bennington to visit an elderly family member. Convenient, although I wish I could find better coffee close by. I launched early morning on low grade.”

“Wish there were bigger towels in pool area. And sauna needs re-do. Staff is great, breakfast and coffee station is great. ”

“The property is located overlooking the mountains which give you the spectacular view. The place is serene with individual balcony and privacy.”

“This is a very sweet, cozy and comfortable stay. Very clean rooms, the grounds are well cared for, dappled by potted plants, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. One downside is that it is on a busy road, so it’s not super quiet but nonetheless - it’s still a gem and rare to find such a place. Highly recommend!”

“If you are looking for up-to-the-minute decor, this is not the place for you. But our hosts' warm welcome and happy atmosphere worked for us. The dinner restaurant recommendation was great (Ye Olde Tavern), our host-prepared-breakfast (eggs to order) was excellent. The beds seemed a little soft but were totally comfortable, the inn was quiet and we slept like rocks. I imagine it would be a great place to chill out in the lounge after a long day skiing or hiking (or shopping). I wish we could……

“Wonderful small motel in Manchester. Very clean, continental breakfast included. The pool is very clean and nice (not heated). For the price it’s a great value. ”

“Our key would not work after being out and the employee in the office could not understand what was needed. The Travel Lodge number which was given to us wa called and the gentleman showed up within 5 min, with new cards.”
