“Great stay overall, small issue when we first arrived that our room’s AC didn’t work whatsoever and it was nearly 80 degrees in there & it was very uncomfortable for the first few hours we were there. Same no-AC issue for the other party we were traveling with as well, both rooms being on the second floor. Both our parties both got a free upgrade to a room with working AC on the 7th floor before the night was over, which was especially nice because it had a view. Very modern rooms & nice……

“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In……

Was informed they dont supply any pots, pans, skillet, or utensils. Was disappointed about that, but everything else was average.”
