"The manager was nice, but the lady with the dark hair that works a second shift is rude to the people that check in. I walked in my room. There’s only one set of towels mind you it’s a one bedroom, queen size suite. The door lock is broken, so there’s no safety lock that locks, you only have the one above the door knob that you can lock on the inside because the top one is broken "

"My husband and I stayed here last minute for 2 nights on our stay in Dallas. The room was decent and comfy for the price and a last minute stay. The only complaint was the rug had a red stain near the night stand and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t get to utilize the complementary breakfast because we slept in. Lol.. We utilized the indoors hot tube and pool. The front desk clerk guy was friendly. Would stay here again. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We got a one bedroom suite. It was huge, bedroom, bathroom and living room. The only problem we had was the hide a bed was horrible! I had to go out and buy a blow up bed in order to sleep. Those mattresses NEED to be changed. Everything else there was 100%."
